Anyone Can Rent to Trusted University Student Guests

Renting to a trusted student guest is easy, and your place can be a room or an entire home.

1. Describe your place

We ask that you:

  • Describe your place accurately
  • Meet local safety standards
  • Respond to your guest's emergencies promptly
  • Respect your guest's privacy
  • Have permission to rent your place

 2. Set the rates & availability

Set the weekly rate you want, and this is the amount you will receive.  We add 4% to this rate to cover the cost of the reservation and student verification and 3% for the PayPal processing fee.

You can set any availability and even include a minimum stay.  Changing rates and availability is easy.

Instead of requesting a deposit, you may ask that your guest purchase liability insurance.  A $69 premium covers the first $3,000 of accidental damage while you are away.  Details coming soon.

3. Interview and approve your guest

To ensure there is a good fit, you may want to chat with your guest.

When your guest moves in, he or she will have 2 days to verify the home matches your description and complies with local safety standards.  We will send your rent every month.
